The Waterfront Condominium Association’s Board of Directors is comprised of elected residents who share an ethical and moral obligation to make authorized decisions for the benefit of everyone in the association. They create and enforce the established guidelines contained in the bylaws, rules and regulations, and articles of incorporation which govern the day-to-day operation.
